If you would like to submit your application, you can download our fillable PDF. There are additional required documents that must be submitted along with your $25 credit and background verification fee before we can process your application; those items are outlined below and must be submitted in person at our office during regular business hours.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Friday: 8:00AM - 3:30PM

Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

 

We must receive the following:

• Your completed application, including complete information for all household members over the age of 18, who must be listed as applicants

• Your credit and background verification fee of $25 paid by check, Visa or Mastercard (CASH NOT ACCEPTED)

• Copies of photo IDs for all adult applicants

• Copies of most recent 30 days of income statements (pay stubs, retirement income, etc.)
